3.How to sharp a home kitchen cutlery knife,table-knife, small camping pocket knife
STEP1, make sure the knife edge is smooth that is to say the edge shouldn't be have gaps.If they do have gaps or notches, please deliver it to a professional sharpening store.
STEP2, using a COARSE. Keep the knife is vertical to the sharpener gap. Then knife head needs to be a little slope down.Please don't press too hard.Just drag it in the SAME speed through the sharpeners, not too fast and towards to your elbow 3 or 4 times in SAME direction.Don't stop suddenly during one drawing process to avoid creating a new notch.
STEP3, after coarse, the knife needs to get rid of burrs on the edge.This process should be finished on FINE,the way just like what you do in the second step.
If the cutting edge is not ideal enough, please just repeat 2nd step and 3rd step.
